Thank you for choosing Roush Performance for your parts needs.  We offer the highest quality parts in the industry and sincerely appreciate your business.

Parts Information:

All of our components are manufactured to the highest quality standards and for specific applications. Please be sure the part you order is for the make and model of vehicle you wish to install it on.  It is your responsibility to inspect each part you receive prior to installation. Once a part is installed or painted IT IS NOT RETURNABLE.

Unless otherwise noted, all parts are sold as individual pieces.

Ordering Information

How to Order:

Retail orders for Roush Performance parts and accessories can be placed either through this website or any Roush dealer listed on our dealer locator.  We are unable to accept retail orders over the telephone. Professional body shops or non-Roush dealers should contact a local wholesale distributor, such as Keystone and other wholesalers, which are also listed on our website.

To add an item to your cart, first click on the picture of the item or the no photo available phrase. This will take you to a screen where the part can be added to your cart. Repeat this process until you have added all items to your cart, then begin the checkout process.

Order Payment:

All orders placed via our website must be paid for in full using a VISA, Mastercard, or American Express credit card.  No C.O.D. orders can be accepted for any customer.

We do accept bank debit cards on the website. Please be aware that debit cards have daily and purchase limits, and if either of these is exceeded our website will decline your order and you will be sent an e-mail notifying you of an order processing concern.

Sales Tax:

We are required to charge 6% sales tax on all orders billed to or shipped to a Michigan address.

Shipping:

Our process normally results in shipping your order within 48 hours of its receipt.

We only accept orders for delivery to a street address in the United States , excluding Alaska and Hawaii . We also do not ship to > APO or FPO addresses. For our Canadian customers and others outside the continental U.S. , please contact a dealer in your area for pricing and shipping information, as these orders are subject to additional shipping, brokerage, and GST fees.

We use Federal Express ground shipping for most orders. Oversized or heavy orders are shipped via common carrier, such as Dawes Transportation.  Normal shipping times are 3 to 5 days for federal Express and 7 to 10 days for common carrier delivery.  Express shipping is not available through our website. For express orders please contact a dealer in your area for assistance and pricing information.

Please inspect your package for damage before accepting it. When shipping damage has occurred, please file a claim with the carrier.

We calculate the shipping and handling amount based on the value of your merchandise, with additional charges for oversized or heavy items.

Backorders:

Our computer system prints only the items shipped on your packing list.  You will only be invoiced for the items you receive; however the full shipping amount for the order is charged once one item on the order ships. To check on the status of backordered items please call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-597-6874. We hold all backorders open until fulfilled or cancelled by the customer.

Shortages:

If you receive your order and there is a discrepancy between the packing slip and the items contained in your package, you must notify us within two (2) business days of the receipt of your order.  We require you to provide us a copy of your order's packing list in order for us to investigate your concern. NO SHORTAGE CLAIMS WILL BE HONORED IF WE ARE NOT NOTIFIED WITHIN TWO BUSINESS DAYS.  All valid shortage claims will be shipped to you via the same route as your order was originally sent.

Returns / Exchanges:

Please complete the return form enclosed in your package if you need to make a return for any reason. Click here to print a PDF copy of the return form.

The original purchaser must return the product to Roush Performance prepaid, with the original Roush number clearly marked on the outside of the package. The parts MUST be returned in their original packaging in order to receive credit.  For your protection, insure the package for its retail value.  Roush Performance reserves the right to require you to provide proof of return shipment, in the form of a receipt, in order to process your credit.

Upon receipt of your package, a Roush representative will inspect the returned item(s), verify quantity, and condition.  Once this is complete, a credit will be issued. All items found to have no defects will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.

Return Exemptions:

- We cannot accept a return if the product has been installed, painted, or modified in any way, shape, or form.

- We cannot  refund the original shipping charges if the product is returned for any reason other than DAMAGED.
